We will detail the NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPU's architectural and system-level requirements, including its dual-die design and the shift from air cooling to direct-to-chip liquid cooling for dense, multi-rack systems like the GB300 NVL72, which draws over 130 kW per rack. The discussion will extend to the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform, showcasing our latest innovation and design process for the next generation AI factory.
